May is Mental Health Awareness Month and I have a few things I'd like to share with you that I have been doing to stay positive and anxiety free. Take a look at these great pictures from my forest bathing day outdoors!  Today, I chose to do a little nature bathing while writing in a new location. Do you like my new natural office? I sure do!
